Does it feel like you have tried everything to reach your health and weight goals, yet it still seems like you still don’t have a handle on this ‘food thing’? Maybe you’ve tried every diet, various cleanses and detoxes, and yet nothing seems to have stuck. This is confusing because you’re successful in so many other areas of your life. Many of these solutions focus on the food and making sure you have enough willpower to stick with it. However, what I’ve discovered for my clients and myself is that it’s not about the food. Food (and being consumed by the thought of food) is just the symptom that there is something else going on that’s eating away at your willpower.
