Do you find yourself racing to the refrigerator when you’re feeling down or otherwise upset? Finding comfort in food is common and it is part of a practice called emotional eating. Work stress, financial worries, health issues and relationship struggles may be the root cause of emotional eating, and it’s more common with women than men.
Join us as Certified Holistic Health Coach Laura Folkes shares knowledge around “makes no sense” eating and the common triggers that lead to it. She’ll share the four triggers that trip off an unconscious cycle of self-sabotage and eating out of alignment with your goals. She’ll unpack the triggers and bring awareness and clarity to which ones lead to thinking about food or result in women stressing about their bodies.
