Each Friday in May Laura will be offering two free, 45-minute virtual coffee dates. If you know what you should be eating but find it challenging to stick with it and are unsure why, this session will allow you to share your goals, current challenges and the type of support you’re looking for.
Being at home more can make it challenging to stay out of the kitchen or pantry. It may feel like you’re lacking willpower but there is a way to not feel pulled to the food so can remain more consistent like you’ve been wanting to. And don’t worry, it’s not about depriving yourself of the foods you love!
