There’s so much conflicting health information out there. One day we hear Paleo is the best diet to lose weight and the next day gluten should be off limits. On top of that, when we go to the grocery store it can be overwhelming to know what is truly healthy when a cereal claims to be packed with protein and a cookie is loaded with fiber. But how do we know what is actually healthy and good for us?
On September 29th at 6:30 PM, https://laurabfolkes.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/gummy-bears-5-4-3-1.jpg will help debunk the myths of what foods are truly healthy and what you should look for when deciding what to buy at the grocery store. The event will take place in the classroom at Tribe in Chicago, IL (1819 W. Belmont Avenue).
During this free workshop Laura will:
– Provide clarity around the claims food manufacturers use and what they really mean.
– Debunk the healthy food myths and discuss what to look for on food labels so you can be sure you’re finding foods that nourish your body.
– Discuss the best way to eat no matter your body type to ensure you feel satisfied without being deprived.
