You constantly think about food—even when you’re not hungry
You feel like you're “good” all day, only to spiral in the evenings
You’ve tried tracking your food, intuitive eating, and maybe even therapy—but the urges still show up
You’re ready to get to the bottom of why you “fall off track” or have to white-knuckle your way through cravings
Have you ever been here before?
You’re standing in the kitchen, telling yourself this is the last handful. You know you’re not hungry—but you can’t seem to stop. And after it’s over, the guilt creeps in. Again.
You tell yourself you just need more discipline. More control. A better plan, or more accountability.
But deep down, you’re exhausted. Because no matter how many times you start over, nothing seems to stick. And for some reason you just can’t seem to drum up the motivation to get back on the wagon again.
I get it.
You’ve been burned before—by diets, tracking apps, other coaches, "lifestyle changes" that promised freedom but only left you more confused and disconnected from your body.
You’ve tried to think and willpower your way out of the binge cycle. (I've definitely been there!)
But what if that’s not actually the problem?
After working with hundreds of clients, I’ve seen the same pattern again and again:
Binge eating isn’t a failure of willpower.
It’s a protective response—a signal.
And it often shows up when something deeper is going on.
This is a powerful 4-lesson course that will help you:
Get clear on your triggers—and why you feel out of control around food sometimes
Uncover the hidden triggers and emotional patterns behind your urges
Learn real tools (not more food rules) to handle cravings in the moment—with curiosity instead of judgment
Shift from guilt to compassion and start making choices that actually feel satisfying
Cost: $95 (payment plan also available, 3 payments of $35 each)
This course is designed to be a fraction of the cost of working with me 1:1—while still delivering deep clarity and real relief. Instead of costing you upwards of $1,000, you can access them on your own time for a fraction of the cost.
You’ll begin to understand what your binges are really trying to tell you.
Because here’s the thing:
You’re not weak.
You’re not broken.
And you’re definitely not alone.
It’s time to go from urge to understanding.
Relief is closer than you think.
The course is made up of four lessons, which you can complete in your own time. Each lesson includes a video that is less than 20 minutes each with transcripts, coaching exercises, and tools to guide you through the process.
If you work best with structure, there is a template of a schedule so you can determine when you will complete each lesson.
It’s not uncommon to feel like you’re constantly busy and are always running out of time. With this work, your life is your classroom. You’ll be experimenting with new ways of being in your life, which often leads to simplifying. As a result, this work can actually create time for you by freeing up energy and some people feel more energized from more results and having less on their literal and metaphorical plate.
The program requires about 45-60 minutes per week for maximum benefit. Some of that time will be used for the content and the rest for completing the exercises. All content is recorded so you can listen in your own time.
All materials are yours for life so if your schedule changes for any reason, you can still get the full value of the program when you’re ready.
The program costs $95 if you pay in full at registration. There is also a payment plan option available that’s spread across 3 payments of $35 each.
These materials, tools, and resources are similar to the ones I would offer in one-on-one coaching over the course of many months. With this course you can access them on your own time for a fraction of the cost.
Great question! This course doesn’t give you more rules or ask you to control your urges—it helps you understand why they’re happening in the first place. Many people struggle because they focus on surface behaviors (like stopping a binge) without addressing the emotional patterns that drive them. That’s what this course helps you unpack and is a great compliment to therapy.
I totally understand where you’re coming from. When I was battling food, I was frustrated from trying so many different diets but ending up in the same cycle of not being able to stick with them long-term.
Part of the reason they weren’t successful for me is they were built on deprivation and didn’t address the reason of WHY I was turning to food.
This is a very common question and fear that holds people back from working with me. It’s also part of the reason I created this course. It’s a much lower risk and helps you to start to shift your battle with food by finally identifying exactly what is leading you to turn to food.
While this course isn’t therapy or a substitute for individualized support, it draws on the proven frameworks I’ve used to help hundreds of clients find relief from binge and emotional eating. You’ll gain powerful insights and tools at a self-guided pace, designed to build a solid foundation of understanding. Many past clients have said they wish they had this before starting coaching or therapy—it helps you go deeper, faster.
If you’re curious about why you eat and are starting to realize there has to be another reason other than ‘I just love food so much,’ this course will help you address why you are able to eat well sometimes, but then throw in the towel other times.
You don’t need to identify as a binge eater to benefit from this course. If you struggle with emotional eating, cravings that don’t seem to make sense, or the guilt that follows “overeating,” this course can help you understand what’s really driving those moments.
This isn’t a traditional program that just gives you more information and adds to the large knowledge base you already have. My approach is like nothing you’ve tried before because this course is about genuine change, which makes it a completely new experience.
By doing this work, you’ll have to get outside of your comfort zone but not in a way where you have to gear up to find more willpower or discipline around food. It’s about challenging yourself to show up differently in your life, which ultimately leads to more satisfaction outside of food.
This course is not a “quick fix,” but it will help you understand what’s underneath your urges so you can respond differently. Relief often starts with clarity—not more control. You’ll learn to recognize your patterns and shift from judgment to compassion, which is often a big missing step in lasting change.
