Truce with Food (Appetizer)

In this 4-month appetizer program, we will dig deeper into your relationship with food and figure out the hidden triggers keeping you stuck.
If you’re sick of quick fixes that don’t fix the issues and you aren’t even sure what’s keeping you stuck, this program is for you. You may have had success with a specific diet or weight loss program in the past, but over time you find yourself falling back into old habits.

Behind Your Cravings: A Self-Paced Course

This is a course you can do in your own time and will help so you can get on a path to becoming emotionally and physically well fed.
Are you ready to make peace with food without meal plans, willpower or discipline? You’ll identify and start to resolve what’s actually causing you to self-sabotage and not be able to remain consistent to get the results you so desperately want.

About Laura

For over 16 years, I struggled with my weight and always thought it was lack of self-control. After years of yo-yo dieting and self-sabotage, I managed to lose 60 pounds and have kept it off for over 13 years.

Even though I achieved my weight loss goals, I was still consumed with the thought of food and was stuck in a vicious cycle of eating well for a while and then not caring and eating whatever I wanted.

As I was getting my health coaching certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I had more information than ever but my weight was starting to creep up.

It wasn’t until I started working with my own health coach that I realized I needed to dig deeper to figure out what was causing me to fall off track. Now, it’s my mission to help others discover why they’re able to resist food some days but then find themselves overindulging on others. The food didn’t change, so what did?
