A Holiday Meal That Turned Into Hives
- Cravings
- emotional eating
This is the final video in the series about ways to keep your willpower up during the holidays. In the video yesterday I talked about what happens when we have idealistic expectations going into an event. In today’s video I share tips and strategies you can use to help set realistic expectations so you don’t end up mindlessly eating.
The goal of these videos was to provide tips so you can start to think about how you can approach the holidays differently this year. If you feel you could use some last minute support, I am offering two holiday powers sessions as part of a mini package. During these sessions we will figure out how you can stick to your healthy eating goals during this festive time of year without feeling deprived or like you’re missing out.

I hope you’ve enjoyed this video series! I’d love for you to share the one or two things you’ve taken away from the series. Feel free to send me an email to [email protected] or leave a comment below.
